Christmas is over and we had a long break over holidays…lot of food, time in front of the TV and also bit of bubbly and wine. And there is January and we all are back to reality. If you live in Europe you probably have to face also miserable weather and for a long time not much to look forward for. It is cold, people spent lot of money in December so saving is in place and most of us want to start eating healthy and stop drinking.
Ok, I will admit I have been hit hard this January. I came back from Malaysia and Hong Kong and the weather is not great. January for me is one of the most depressing months. So how can we all fight the January blues? Here are some small tips that may bring a bit of smile on your face.
1. Favourite TV series marathon – it will not cost you much and you will entertain yourself on budget. I have been all over Gossip Girl from start and I love it.
2. Read a good book – This is another very cheap way how to cheer yourself up. And imagine snuggling on the sofa with a cup of tea and your latest bestseller.
3. Organise a pampering session in with your girlfriends – To keep the cost down just make sure you plan this well and each friend will bring something different. And don’t worry you can always prepare healthy menus to keep that new year resolution.
4. Keep active – no need to kill yourself in the gym in January. I personally stay away from my gym in January as the first Monday was just a disaster. Long wait for everything and all the newbies that sign up. Just stay active with small things like walking, short run or swimming. Whatever makes you happy.
5. Shop – Hello, sales are here. And although you may be skint after December you can still look as the discounts are incredible. You may find that amazing piece that will be great for the next season. Just don’t overdo it.
A mame tu leden.
A navic si predstavte tu pohodu doma v teplicku.
Hlavne to neprehanet a at vam to dela spise radost.
- Nakupy – zimni slevy byvaji snad ty nejlepsi.
haha diky x
Kdyby to těm lidem alespoň vydrželo…
