Give me an opportunity to dress up and have “few” cocktails and I say yes. As you may know I went on a trip to Rome and together with my mum we wanted to make the most out of it.

I love girls night out and I love good food. I was visiting with my mum and wanted to hav the best time ever. When in Rome you must go and live your dreams in Le Jardin de Russie. I can say that this is so far my favourite spot in this historical gem. You may remember my previous lunch experience there and I am telling you that dinner and cocktails are even better. I could not pick a better spot for our amazing evening.

Kdyz mi da nekdo prilezitost se hezky oblect a dat si par koktejlu tak na odpoved nemusi dlouho cekat. Jak mozna vite, tak jsem byla na prodlouzenem vikendu v Rime a mym spolecnikem byla moje maminka. A jako spravne holky jsme si to chtely uzit.

Pokud se chystate do Rima tak musite navstivit Le Jardin de Russie. Misto, kde je neprekonatelna atmosfera i jidlo. Mozna si pamatujete muj predchozi post, kdyz jsem byla naposledy v Rime. Tentokrat jsem si to ale uzila jeste vice.

All dressed up and with our favourite bags we started in Stravinskij bar with some of their best cocktails. Mum went for super refreshing Perfect ten and I teased my taste buds with something a bit sweeter..one of their signature cocktails. And although I am a big wine person I continued with my choice all evening.

And I cannot forget those super delicious nibbles. I mean who even needs a dinner after these?

Nas vecer zacal v baru Stravinskij a nesmely chybet dobre koktejly. Maminka si vybrala osvezujici Perfect ten a ja sla do neceho trochu sladsiho a barevnejsiho. Jeden z jejich mistnich koktejlu. A prestoze jsem milovnik dobreho vina tak jsem u tohoto drinku zustala cely vecer. 

A nesmim zapomet na vyborne kanape, ktere byly soucasti servisu. A pak ma ji clovek jeste na veceri? Prisaham, ze jsem byla plna jeste pred veceri. 

 The setting of the restaurant and the bar is so lovely that you just don’t want to leave. You want to sit outside and snuggle in one of the sofas and enjoying the moment.

Jejich posezeni venku je tak prijemne, ze clovek se nechce ani pohnout z mista. Sedela bych klidne na jejich sedacce celou noc a uzivala si kazdou minutu. 

However the best was yet to come. Yes one of the most amazing dinners ever. I love spending time with my mum and it is even better when you can share lovely things together. Later on that evening we moved to our table in the restaurant and ordered some of their best things from the menu. I decided to go for Roman “Saltimboca” and mum for Veal Milanese and what a choice!!! Both dishes came with one of the nicest mashed potatoes I have ever tried and I got an extra Roman Zucchini on the side. The tastes just worked so well together and together with that incredible setting I really could not get over it.

Ale to nejlepsi prislo az nakonec. Kazdopadne jedna z nejlepsich veceri. Strasne rada travim cas s maminkou a jeste kdyz je to takova prilezitost. Pozdeji jsme se presunuly do restaurace a ja jsem objednala dva hlavni chody a to Roman “Saltimboca” a Veal Milanese. Oba dva chody byly servirovany s tou nejlepsi bramborovou kasi jakou jsem kdy jedla a objednala jsem jeste vynikajici cukety. Vecere to byla opravdu neskutecna. Chute se nadherne prolinaly a ja si uzivala kazdy moment. 

And although I was incredibly full and wanted to do that one thing you should not do when you are in a restaurant (unbutton your trousers LOL) I still ordered those desserts. My mum said it is 100 % the most delicious Tiramisu she has ever tried. And I must only agree.

Our evening came to an end and was time to go. I am definitely coming back when I am in Rome next. Thank you again for a lovely time Le Jardin de Russie.

A i kdyz jsem byla silene plna nemohla jsem odejit bez dezertu. Zakoncily jsme vecer ve velkem a objednala jsem vynikajici deserty, ktere byly jenom tresnickou na dortu. Maminka prohlasila, ze je to nejlepsi tiramisu, ktere kdy jedla a ja musim souhlasit. Ale vsechno jednou konci a tak zkoncil i nas krasny vecer.

Az pojedu opet do Rima tak vim kam priste na dobrou veceri.  Ja moc dekuju Le Jardin de Russie a Rocco Forte Hotel za krasny vecer.
