Good snacks to feel better

Hey Everybody,
I guess the decision about my blog was made. I will be spicing it up with some lifestyle and food tips and perhaps sometimes even recipes. One of my dear friends and bloggers Simone said I should give it a go and maybe I will get some new readers that will appreciate that.
So here is my first tip. These are easy snacks I usually go for when I want to be good and feel better. You may know that feeling when your clothes are getting a bit tighter. Then it is the right to make small changes and start to snack a bit better. Just through away those crisps, chocolate and buiscuits and think more about what you eat.
These are my safe snack options:
1. Blueberries – if you need something really sweet, just pour a bit of maple syrup over them
2. Ryvita Thins – I always go for an otpion with Tzaziky
3. Carrot and Celery Sticks with Tzaziky
4. Water Melon – oh life can be sweet even without chocolate
And how about you what snacks do you go for?
Myslim, ze jsem se uz rozhodla, co s blogem udelam. Budu pridavat vice lifestylovych prispevku, mozna i nejake recepty a take tipy na to, jak byt fit. Netvrdim, ze budu vest klasicky lifestyle blog, ale chtela bych to tady maliko osvezit. Jak mi poradila moje kamaradka Simone, troska zmeny neuskodi. A treba si najdu nove ctenare, kteri neholduji pouze mode.
Tentokrat vam predstavim oblibene a snad i zdrave svacinky, ktere vam urcite neuskodi. Mozna obcas znate ten pocit, ze vam zacina byt obleceni mensi, ale nechce se vam hned vrhat do prisne diety. Male zmeny treba v tom co uzobavate behem dne mohou prinest velke vysledky. Takze odhodte cokoladu, susenky a bramburky a myslete vice na to, co jite.
Tohle jsou moje oblibene:
1. Boruvky – pokud si potrebujete opravdu osladit zivot, polejte si je javorovym sirupem
2. Ryvita thins – jsou skvele s tzaziky a urcite lepsi volba nez bramburky
3. Mrkev, Celer a Tzaziky – Jedna z mych nej svacinek a taky velmi levna, nekdy si nakrajim treba i papriku a tzaziky si muzete vyrobit i doma z jogurtu a okurky
3. Meloun Zivot muze byt sladky i bez cokolady

  1. Já brambůrky skoro vůbec nejím (leda při nějaké grilovačce, když se objeví na stole), ale co miluji, to jsou čerstvé croissanty nebo ty od 7days. Na svačinku ale spíš jím jogurt, ovoce nebo zeleninu, celozrnné pečivo s Almette, lučinou atd.

    1. V Cesku to tak neni jak tady, ale tady ma skoro kazdy jako soucasti obed maly pytlik bramburek nebo neco slaneho…takze vetsinou maji sandwich, polivku a chleba nebo takovy mensi obed a pak po tom nejaky sladky napoj a nejake bramburky…proto jsem to sem pridala
