Outfit: TOP 3 THINGS TO DO IN LONDON FOR FREE

I have lived in London for a very long time and after so many years I sometimes may take things for granted. However, I know there are so many fabulous things you can do in London for free. And last week when I was being tourist in my own city it kind of reminded me that London has so much to offer. And there are great things you can do for free and it will cost you perhaps only a tube fare. My recent visit to Natural History museum inspired me to actually list three things I like to do in London for free. Of course there are more but I may be doing even a full video about this on my channel.

  1. Stroll via Southbank from Tower Hill – Southbank is always fun and it is such a nice walk with so much to see. Firstly there is no limit how far you go or where you start. I personally love to get off at London bridge, walk through Borough market, stop at the different street artists and pay a quick visit to Tate Modern. You can walk all the way to London Eye, take great pictures for your Instagram, soak in the atmosphere, admire the street artist and check out modern art in Tate museum. So much to do and it is all free!
  2. Natural History Museum and Luxury window shopping – I love Natural History museum and I must say I have been few times with Liam as it is great for kids. The building itself is so stunning and the entry is free (optional contribution to charity). There is so much to see and to learn, it is great for adults and children and because it is in such a nice area of South Kensington you can go and check out some luxury shops for inspiration. You can walk to Harrods and Harvey Nichols, you can check out shops and boutiques in South Kensington and just enjoy the vibes of West London.
  3. Saatchi Gallery and Stroll around Chelsea – Saatchi gallery is one of my favourites in London. Yes some of the really good exhibitions you have to pay for but they still offer a lot for free. I love where it is situated and I love the atmosphere of the area. If you want relaxed afternoon I highly recommend it and then perhaps explore the Chelsea shops and gorgeous street with crispy white houses.

V Londyne ziju uz opravdu dlouho a obcas si uvedomim, ze nektere veci beru uz jako samozrejmost a Londyn si neuzivam se vsim vsudy. Ale je dulezite se zastavit a uvedomit si, jake mam stesti, ze tady bydlim. Toto multikulturni mesto toho tolik nabizi a dokonce vas hodne z tohoto nebude ani nic stat. A ted kdyz tady mam pres leto rodinu, tak s nima prochazim Londyn a pripadam si jako turista. A nedavna navsteva Natural history museum mi pripomela, ze se tady toho da dost delat a nebude vas to stat vice nez listek na metro. Je to samozrejme vice nez tyto tri veci, ale premyslim, ze o tom natocim cele video na svuj youtube kanal. 

  1. Prochazka po Southbank – Prochazka podel reky Temze je jedna z mych oblibenych aktivit tady v Londyne. Zacinam vetsinou bud u Tower Bridge nebo London bridge a zalezi na tom kolik mam casu. Ale muzete se projit klidne az k Londynskemu oku. Po ceste narazite na spousty poulicnich umelcu, coz mam moc rada a muzete se take zastavit v Tate Modern, kde pokazde narazite na nejakou vystavu zdarma. Je to idealni kombinace  umeni a prijemne atmosfery u reky. 
  2. Natural History Museum a prohlidka Luxusnich nakupnich domu – Natural History Museum mam osobne moc rada, vstup je zdarma (dobrovolny dar na charitu je mozny hned u dveri) a je tam opravdu hodne zajimavych veci k videni. Tato navsteva je poucna, zabavna pro deti a vy si ji take urcite uzijete. Navic v okoli South Kensington je spousta krasnych luxusnich butiku, muzete se pak projit po okoli ci navstivit nedaleky Harrods a Harvey Nichols. Nemusite si nic kupovat, ale muzete nacerpat inspiraci a pokochat se. 
  3. Saatchi Gallery a prochazka po Chelsea – Saatchi galerie je jedna z mych nejoblibenejsich v Londyne. Ano je sice proflakla, ale libi se mi prostredi a atmosfera. I kdyz nektere lepsi vystavy maji poplatek, vzdy je moznost nejake vystavy, kde se nemusi platit. Po galerii si muzete jit projit Chelsea, nasat atmosferu, projit si krasne a uhledne ulice plne velkych bilych domu, ktere jsou typicke pro zapadni Londyn.

Outfit: Life in this heat

Summer full of sunshine in London and I am out of ideas how to keep myself and Liam cool in this heat. Do not get me wrong I like hot but not when I do not have access to the pool and where I know my 23 months old wild boy is relatively safe and comfortable. LOL

I was even thinking to go up to Soho Farm house for a day until I realised that kids are not allowed in the pool unless they are members so that idea is a failure. So I am getting through the heat day by day and sometimes even braving to go central which I usually regret but at least it breaks the day for us. I simply cannot wait when the temperature drops down by at least 8 degrees. If it was just me I would be in my element trust me but a moaning toddler is another level. haha

I wanted to share these photographs that I took still when I was in Czech earlier this summer as I simply adore this look. I have been wearing most of these items over and over again and they are so great for summer like this.

Leto je v Londyne v plnem proudu a teploty naprosto rekordni, ale uprimne uz me nenapada jak nas zchladit a zabavit v tomto horku. Nepomaha ani to, ze mame neco s autem a jezdit s kocarkem metrem neni taky zrovna zabava. At to nechapete spatne, ja miluju horko, ale to spis, kdyz se muzu vyvalit u vody a take tam, kde vim, ze si to uzije i Liam a bude se bavit a bude v bezpeci. 

Dnes me napadlo si zajet treba na cely den do Soho Farm House, ale pak jsem si vzpomela, ze pokud neni clenem i vase dite, tak do bazenu nesmi, takze muj plan pada. LOL A tak tady prezivame v tom horku den za dnem a uprimne se tesim az teploty spadnou alespon o 8 stupnu. A to ma byt za par dni. Uz jsem vycerpala vsechny napady co delat. Dneska v nedeli jsme dali na zahradu nafukovaci bazenek, ale to ho stejne bavi jenom chvili. Haha 

Kazdopadne jsem vam chtela ukazat tento outfit, ktery jsem nafotila jeste v CR, kde jsem byla prvni polovinu leta. Vlastne tyhle kousky nosim porad dokola a hlavne je nosim rada.

No doufam, ze zvladate tyhle teploty a uzivate si leto. Ja si jdu dat asi studenou sprchu. LOL

Outfit: Slow summer is good for your soul

Is there anybody who wouldn’t love summer? Well, maybe we find few people as not all of us can like the same thing however let’s face it. There is something about warm sunny weather, trips, holidays, sea or just bbq at the back garden, swimming in the lake and all the fabulous activities.

I love summer and I love it deeply and one of the things I love about it that things do slow down. I can talk from even professional experience working in an office environment and even in social media. Well do not get me wrong people work but the pace is somehow slower. It takes ages to get deals closed, sign offs done as people are simply away. So just like that when the city is hit by sun rays and you get to wear pretty summer dresses you can slow down a bit too.  And it is good. August in fashion is probably the most quiet month of them all and it is like people just disappear to get all the energy for fashion month. I am aware there are lot of industries that do not have this luxury like tourism or hospitality but whoever gets to slow down a bit please do that. There is nothing better for your mind and soul.

Even now although summer brings so much more opportunities for us to create fabulous content I feel people are not scrolling down Instagram feed as much as when they are bored in the winter. So I just post less at least sometimes and do something fun.

Je nekdo kdo by nemel rad leto? Ale myslim, ze mozna jako ve vsem se vzdy nekdo najde. Ne vsichni maji radi jen jednu vec. Ale na lete zkratka neco je at uz je to teple pocasi, slunicko, letni bourky, vylety, more, dovolene a nebo jenom grilovani na zahrade, plavani v jezeru a vsechny tyhle uzasne aktivity. 

Ja leto miluju a to ze spousty duvodu a jeden z nich je urcite to, ze vse tak nejak trosku zpomali. Mluvim z vlastni zkusenosti z prace jak v kancelari ci blogovani. A je to jednoduche, lide jsou proste pryc. Deti maji prazdniny a tak i dospeli jezdi pryc a proto se nekomu dovolat a uzavrit co je treba je nekdy nad nadliske sily. V mode vubec je napriklad srpen jeden z nejpomalejsich mesicu. Je to jakoby vsichni zmizeli a nabiraji nekde sily na tydny mody, ktere jsou naprostym opakem leta co se pracovni narocnosti tyce. A tak pokud pracujete v oboru, ktery vam umozni si trosku v lete odpocinout, urcite toho vyuzijte. Naberte se sily, protoze je to dobre pro jak vasi dusi tak i telo. Je mi jasne, ze lide kteri na druhou stranu napriklad v oblasti turismu se nezastavi, ale pokud ta moznost je, polevte. 

A navic prestoze nam leto nabizi na socialnich mediich tvorit skvely obsah, tak na druhou stranu tim, ze lidi maji porad zajimave aktivity, tak mi prijde, ze engagement je mensi. A tak proste misto neustalych starosti, co dam na svuj feed dal, proste nedam nic klidne i par dnu. Radsi jdu delat neco prijemneho a proc taky ne pro zmenu, ze?

Outfit: Why is it good for planners not to plan? SOMETIMES

I can say my birthday week was awesome. It wasn’t wild partying like some of the previous years but it was about friends, great food, great drinks and in general slowing down. I am still eating my birthday cake and it wasn’t a good idea to get such a big one LOL Well I learnt a lesson for sure.

One thing I loved last week is that I did so many last minute decisions when it comes to socialising and the week turned out to be great. I am a typical planner and somehow life pushes us to be. If you want a table in a certain restaurant you may have to book it and the list goes on. However, last week it was all about unexpected turns and decisions, meeting people and I loved it. So it is sometimes good to make that change and just stop planning or throw away plans out of the window. I had the best time ever and the weather was great too.

So do not be afraid at times to change things around or meet that friend you have not seen for a while as it is great and we need that sometimes in life. And also there is a new vlog from the Royal Wedding so go and watch. Have the most amazing week.

Muzu rict, ze muj narozeninovy tyden byl uzasny. Nebylo to v zadnem pripade o pareni, chlastani do nemoty, ale spis o pratelich, dobrem jidle a piti a klidu. Akorat jsem trosku prehnala velikost dortu a jime ho jeste ted. Ale snad jsem se na priste poucila. LOL 

Musim rict, ze prestoze jsem typicky planovac a organizator, tak minuly tyden jsem proste upustila vice od planu a rekla bych hezky proplouvala zivotem a delala veci na posledni chvili. A neni to obcas na skodu. Neplanovana setkani s kamarady a delani veci, co treba az tak moc nedelate jsou nahodou skvele a cely tyden jsem si opravdu uzila. 

A tak bych rekla, pokud jste jako ja, muzete obcas vyhodit diar do kose a nechat vse jenom tak plynout. A nezapomente se podivat na me nejnovejsi video z Kralovske svatby.
