Gifts can be easy when you are prepared. To be honest by now I am usually prepared but so far I do not have a single gift but want to perhaps help others with some ideas.
I created selection of gift ideas for women and these are personally things I love. I already have the Led mask and it is one of my favourite things I own (you can use code EVA15 for 15 % off and I have Black friday offer code starting 20th Nov ends 1st Dec EVA20). However the rest are amazing items from more affordable to luxury that I keep dreaming off. That YSL bag has been on my mind since last year and when they brought it in this colour I was sold.
Diptyque candles are the the ultimate luxury gift and the bigger the better and I adore coffee table books yet nobody ever gifts me one (perhaps my friends do not know me that well LOL).
And lastly I love getting vouchers (I know for so many so boring) so I can get some of these items myself or perhaps a treatment voucher. Nothing beats a good facial.
Influencers are more likely major source of inspiration for many of us. I love finding cool winter outfits on social media whilst drinking cup of tea.
I do love to scroll if I have time (which is not often LOL) on Instagram and find ideas of combinations but also get ideas for mood of my next images. I love to make it easier for you and bring you round up of influencers outfit.
I love the simplicity of these looks and they are actually often focused on one key item that makes the look whether it is cool jacket or pop of colour on a bag. I tried to include some tonal outfits as they look very timeless and of course include comfortable looks.
I recently came back from our trip to Ireland and despite being so many times before I fell in love with this place all over again. I wanted to share what we have been up to and perhaps give you some inspiration for your visit. It was our half-term holiday and we had a toddler and 7 years old so that can limit us in certain way but we managed to see quite a lot and came back with lot of experiences.
Dublin
Capital of each country is probably always the obvious however Dublin is so worth it and has an incredible charm. You pretty much can manage to see a lot in 24 hours as in the town center you can get everywhere on foot. My favourite spot is Trinity College that has incredible character and the library is something like from Harry Potter movie. I also adore Irish gift shops and they are so fun to browse. Perhaps grab yourself a treat from Aran sweater shop or the University gift shop. And I would suggest a little walk around Temple bar area and snap a cute shot with the views of river Liffey. If you love shopping then Grafton Street is probably the best option as I know so many people love to splurge on different things when travelling. And Brown Thomas even has really good luxury stores if that is your thing. We were so lucky with the weather as it was perfect sunny but crispy day and I felt a bit like in Gilmore Girls especially at the campus.
The Grill in the recently relaunched Dining Hall in Harrods is a classic. This is Harrods’ own labelled restaurant and such a good spot for lunch or dinner whether you are shopping or simply you just come here to enjoy their menu that includes lot of classic steak cuts as well as Japanese Wagyu or braised beef croquets. I absolutely adore Studio Frantzen which is also to be found in this department store but if you love a good steak this is a must.
I was curious about this well known steakhouse after the reopening and have no regrets about our delicious dinner. We had a wonderful weekday day night and left fully satisfied after a scrumptious dinner. I love the whole atmosphere of Harrods and the Dining Hall is no different. Shoppers or simply restaurant visitors (if you do not want to take the shopping part) eat and enjoy drinks in stunning environment and we also got fantastic service. We started to chat to our fabulous waiter who was originally from Hungary but lived here for many years. As an immigrant I am always curious about people’s background. He was very professional and helpful and despite of the restaurant being very busy the staff provided very efficient service.
If there is a steak tartare on the menu I am pretty much always strong on the starter option and as expected I loved it. It was slightly different to what I am used to but divine and my husband and I went traditional on Rib Eye medium rare and lot of additional sides like chips, mash, macaroni cheese and creamy spinach. And let me tell you the macaroni cheese were the best I have ever tried. I would come back just for those. During colder season I prefer to drink red wine and we just went for house red Bourgogne Pinot Noir which mark my words I said after tasting – I cannot believe this is your house red.
The Grill really is such a key place to Harrods and I will be coming back. I would love to bring my parents here as I know they would love it. They appreciate good quality food and wine as well as service and this was spot on for us.
You can explore more from the menu or make booking here for the Grill.
