Top 10 Autumn outfits round up/inspiration how to stay stylish

Staying stylish does not have to be that difficult. Looking at inspiration and trying to shop your closet whilst perhaps investing in 2-3 new pieces that will help you to recreate some cool looks.

I have said it numerous times but Autumn is my favourite season when it comes to dressing as the opportunities are endless. On a warmer day you can wear the juxtaposition of sandals and warm coat or bare legs and big scarf. I find this time of the year to be the most playful and you can utilise so much from your wardrobe. You may still pull out summer dress and wear it with wool blazer or leather jacket or you can wear shorts and cashmere jumper with a faux fur waistcoat over. Endless ideas and endless combinations. It is also best time for the sporty chic looks and hats.

At this time of the year I start to also drop colours and go more neutral and if it is colour it is green, metallics, deep reds and brown, navy and similar. I am always with my head up in the clouds seeing myself on an perfect autumn stroll with coffee in my hand or having al fresco lunch in Paris watching the leaves on the ground and stylish people walking by.

Colour of Autumn 2023 – Cherry Red

SHOP THE CHERRY RED EDIT

Cherry red or to my eyes also burgundy is definitely a colour of this Autumn. Despite being it such a trend on social media it is quite hard to find pieces that we could wear with pride this season. Cherry red and actually other shades of red took over fashion week and we see more and more of this rich shade everywhere.

The shoes that are on more affordable side are sold out or they have some tiny sizes left and the rest of the shoes and clothes are at higher price point. So hopefully the high-street brands will hear us and deliver more exciting pieces. Do not get me wrong I do love the idea of amazing designer items however I also love to find something for everybody whether you are more of a Zara kind shopper or Khaite.

I wanted to share with you some fantastic pieces if you want to rock this colour right now. I personally love the idea of shoes as it is such a gorgeous touch if you just wear them with jeans and blazer. The Saint Laurent heels in particular are to die for.

However if your budget does not allow you to buy even some lovely scarf or a knit you can still rock this trend. I suggest investing in some lovely lipstick or nail varnish.

Outfits left right and center. We are in October and the weather is still so pleasant in London. Well, this Saturday we are expecting to have summer back as the prediction is showing 25 degrees which is mind blowing. However, you know as an autumn lover I just love fashion of layers and textures which autumn is all about.

Here is my weekly round up of my favourite fashion inspiration from Instagram. These ladies are one of my favourite to follow and as always they are serving some incredible looks. It is only few weeks ago when I published my own inspiration article which you can catch up on.

You know I always tone down when it comes to colder months. I wear less colourful items and really fall in to the neutral tones palette. However, I am really loving the red trend. I do not think red particularly suits me but the full red look from Claire is to die for. I love the cut and the textures of the whole styling.

Elsa as always is our cool girl and I mean not many people can pull that off however we can just take some aspects of the styling and make it our own. And I am in love with the texture combination of Laura’s look.

SHOP THE GOLD ITEMS THIS AUTUMN

Good as gold, gold fever, all that glitters is not gold and so many other sayings you can think of. For years humans have loved gold and we still do. It is timeless, it evokes emotion and lust and that is more-likely why it keeps coming in all forms within fashion industry. The shiny metal that has caused people fight or fall in love over centuries is not going away.

This season it is going strong again. The Zara gold bomber is already sold out online and if you want to grab one head over to the Zara on Oxford street as I tried it on only yesterday. We can still wear some amazing gold jewellery and shoes but I am now personally so much in to gold bags.

I never realised how much I would wear one until I got my hands on this Demellier Cannes clutch. It is so much more versatile than you think and now I feel I need a silver one too but that would be for another article about metallics LOL.

You can actually wear it with any colour, with any outfit as it simply dresses up blazer and jeans but makes a good company for a cocktail party or black tie event. You really can make the most out of it.

I still have the old season gold Zara trousers and also the gold leather skirt I rocked at Milan Fashion Week few years ago. So I am very happy that metallic is having another moment Autumn 2023.
