I tried Icoone Laser to get rid of the cellulite and here is what you need to know

I have not won genetic lottery when it comes to cellulite and as a matter of fact the total opposite. The first signs definitely came around the time I was at University and looking at my mum and my sister it is something that just runs in our family. As a beauty and self-care fan I have always researched so much about different skin, hair and fitness topics. I have always been active and tried different workouts, diets and wellness trends but cellulite is sadly part of many women’s lives including mine. I have tried different creams and dry body brushing and so far the only product that I feel helps is Guam mud wrap. It is highly popular amongst Czech women and I have heard positive feedback from some women I know in Italy too.

However, as we know cellulite can be reduced and we can make it appear less prominent but will not go away fully. I am 44 years old and my workout routine currently has in the last two years been at least 4 workouts a week and that is usually two pilates sessions or reformer pilates and 2 strength workouts. And I do low intensity cardio which is at least 10 000 steps daily as a minimum. I will not bore you with information about what cellulite is as there are so many articles online about why it exists and why it is an issue for so many females. So let’s talk how effective was Icoone laser.

I have seen some very positive results online with Icoone laser and despite the price I wanted to try as some of the before and after were outstanding. It is not the cheapest as to see the results you need to take several treatments. The ideal amount is 10 but lot of women have seen results after 5 or 6 treatment including myself. I have found the clinic called Oblique in South Kensington and I love everything about this place. I simply came across them by searching specifically this treatment and couldn’t be happier with the staff, the atmosphere and I can highly recommend to try this particular place.

I have done around 8 sessions of Icoone and in a nutshell it is not primarily a machine for cellulite but the robotic microstimulation, low level laser and LED works really well. This combination helps your lymphatic drainage, improve collagen production so as a result you are less puffy, skin appears tighter which ultimately helps the appearance of cellulite. I am going to be fully transparent that I was terrified to even take before and after photos but I have seen improvements especially at the back of my thighs. The bum area still needs a lot of work and I am planning to try RF next time and perhaps mix Icoone laser with this treatment next summer.

However, I have noticed that Icoone helped me to really shape certain areas. I have seen my legs and buttocks appear smaller and the clothes just started to fit better. I believe this may be due to improving my lymphatic drainage. And a huge plus for me that I find the treatment so relaxing. I started the treatment with the trial which is only 30 minutes and when I saw the results I moved to 40 minutes and later even 50 minutes session. Each time I was looking forward the treatment as immediately I looked and felt lighter even abdominal area and it was such a good addition to my overall wellness and workout routine.

My therapist Tatiana was excellent and really knowledgeable and thanks to her I am now keen to try the combination of RF which could help more with the fat deposits and removing dimples.

I will definitely be back for this and more treatments and hopefully you will find this useful when deciding whether to try Icoone laser for yourself.
