Today I said I will listen to my body and rest. I wanted to relax, drink tea, spend time with my little Liam and whilst he is sleeping again (although I meditated)I struggled to sleep and started to edit, answer emails and you know…

Time is going so fast and everything I start to plan content for the next few weeks and there are two things coming up and that is Black Friday and Christmas. How is it even possible everything comes around so quickly? I will be going to Czech to spend some time with my family in November and that means even more thorough planning so you can imagine my mind is about to explode. LOL

I am trying to prepare content in advance, keep writing my book and keep filming vlogs as a part of Vlogtober so lot of things going on. And on the top of it there are some amazing events going on which you always see on my channel so make sure to subscribe not to miss out on anything. Dneska jsem si rikala, ze budu brat veci s lehkosti, odpocivat, popijet caj a proste relaxovat s Liamkem. A ted kdyz si spi a ja si dala kratsi meditaci (bylo to treba), tak misto toho abych spala, jsem zacala editovat fotografie, psat, odpovidat na emaily a vsak to znate. Proste mi to neda.

Cas bezi tak rychle a co se tyce prace tak uz mi v hlave a taky v emailech porad naskakuje Black Friday a Vanoce. A pred Vanoci je to v blogovani vzdy frmol, coz mozna vite. Vzhledem k tomu, ze se chystam v Listopadu do CR musim maknout jeste vice, protoze si musim veci lepe naplanovat a to zabere jeste vice casu a energie. Zkratka planovat predem neni zadna sranda a do toho jakoby se pytel roztrhl s uzasnyma akcema. Vse se snazim dokumentovat ve vlozich v ramci vlogtober, takze pokud jste nejste prihlaseni k odberu, urcite to udelejte. Budu totiz poradat giveaway o tento uzasny adventni kalendar Charlotte Tilbury. 

A v neposledni rade jsem vas chtela znovu poprosit o hlasy v Czech social Awards, kde jsem nominovana ve dvou kategoriich a hlasovat muzete tady. Dekuju.

Outfit: Reality check motherhood can be hard

I always say I do not want to talk negative on my site and social media but sometimes humans like to slip and break even their own rules. The reason for that is that people have enough of their worries, problems and I personally do not want to go online and read more bad stories and literally swim in lot of negative information. I am not even the one for controversial tweets although I know it helps us to increase engagement.

Anyway here I am sitting on my sofa on Friday with my heart pounding. I think I totally lost it today and looking at it is for not such a big deal. However sometimes and especially if you already had a long week and not enough sleep you just lose it and then explode. Everything you managed to hold inside just goes out. I am just very happy it is Friday already.

Simply just another day as a mum and as somebody that is trying to juggle it all. In between mortgages, solicitors, helping other people (even though you are the one that needs help the most), my upset son as the cartoons went off whilst I was trying to install new router I wanted to scream bring a shot of vodka right NOW (and I do not even drink it otherwise LOL).

The rack with clothes I was drying felt down as Liam wasn’t happy about the cartoons and me trying to figure out again how come the password on a new router doesn’t work. Just a bit of mess. And my to do list getting bigger and tasks were not ticked off. At 12 noon I have already been to the doctors, unpacked Ocado shopping delivery,  prepared lunch, did one load of washing, played with Liam, sorted out some emails, cleaned the kitchen and somehow the list isn’t just getting smaller.

At moments like this although it may not seem that bad I really always dream please somebody just walk in through that front door and help me. So I am sitting here, trying to breathe and calm down and hoping writing this will somehow help. And of course I am thinking off an evening when the little one is in bed and I can switch off. Oh hang on I can’t as I will be more likely filling in mortgage and solicitor paperwork. Well, maybe I need that Vodka after all.

Ja jsem vzdy tvrdila, ze na svych sitich a blogu nechci moc rozebirat negativni veci, ale jako vetsina jedincu i ja nekdy nedodrzim sve zasady a pravidla. Hlavnim duvodem pro toto rozhodnuti je fakt, ze kazdy ma sve starosti a ja osobne nechci chodit na Instagram a webove stranky a cist o samych negativnich vecech. Vim, ze hodne lidi to bavi se v tom koupat a resit to, vim ze kontroverzni clanky lidi bavi, maji velky dosah. Ja osobne to nechapu, ja chci cist o krasnych vecech, snit a nechat se odnaset do prijemneho sveta radosti, stesti a uspechu. 

Kazdopadne ted jsem mela doma totalni zkrat. Znate to, ono se ani nic tak hrozneho nestane, ale tim, ze treba byl tyden trosku narocnejsi, je patek, moc toho clovek nenaspal vam to v jednom blbem momentu ujede. Ja se momentalne placam mezi blogem, Liamkem, pravnikama, hypotekama a do toho se vynoruji dalsi veci a lidi, kteri chteji pomoct (pritom ja bych sama tu pomoc uvitala uplne nejvic). Seznam veci, ktere je treba udelat se zvetsuje a prestoze je teprve patek kolem obeda tak uz jsem stihla docela dost veci. Byla jsem rano u lekare, oprala pradlo, vybalila nakup, ktery privezli uz v 6:30, povesila pradlo, snidane, pak priprava obeda, vyridila emaily a prave v momentu, kdy dorazil nas novy router na wifi jsem totalne ujela. Abych se mohla soustredit na zapojeni (jsem hrozna nesika na tyto veci) tak jsem zapnula Liamkovi pohadky a hele novy pristroj proste ne a ne fungovat. Uz jsem to zkousela zapojit asi po ctvrte podle navodu a Liam se pekne nastval, shodil ten susak s pradlem a ja jsem si v ten moment prala panaka vodky, i kdyz vodku vubec nepiju. 

V tyto chvile si vzdy preju, aby prisel nejaky andel strazny…zkratka nejaka pomoc a trosku mi ulevil. Ale co je patek a tak se budu tesit na vecer az si dachnu. Vlastne ja nemuzu, ceka me tuna papiru na vyplneni pro pravniky a banky. Takze nic..kde je ta vodka?

Outfit: Lovers + Friends Pink Dress

This stunning dress caught my eye straight away for its cut, colour and also there are so many occasions you can wear it for. It is exactly that item that can work for dinner, night out, wedding, beach and it all depends on accessories and how you style it. You can really dress it down or up with the right bag, shoes and jewellery.

I am currently in bed with Liam when writing this post and it is Sunday morning. I simply cannot believe how long we stayed here in Czech this summer but we are having really nice time. What a change from London. It feels like time has stopped here. I rarely wear makeup and just enjoying my skincare routine each morning and evening. I just pop in the garden to get organic vegetables, all food is pretty much homemade and I stay in the garden most times. I go for runs around the forest on the cycling path as that is easier option when pushing the buggy. Everything here is just so healing for your mind and soul.

I think I really needed it and it also helps you to set your priorities straight.

Tyhle saty mi padly do oka diky materialu, strihu, barve a take protoze se daji vyuzit na spoustu prilezitosti. Je to ten kousek, ktery muzete mit na plaz, veceri, ale mozna i svatbu (tam samozrejme zalezi na tom jaka je to svatba) a napada me spousta dalsich moznosti. A muzete je pozvednout ci utlumit spravnym vyberem doplnku. 

Momentalne kdyz pisu tento clanek jsem s Liamem v posteli a je nedele rano. A rikam si, ze je neskutecny jak dlouho jsem tady v CR tentokrat zustala. A musim rict, ze je to prijemna zmena. Jakoby se tady zastavil cas. Lidi moc nespechaji, vse je takove jednoduche, zivot je jednochy, neresi se tady top restaurace a jestli ma nekdo clenstvi tam ci tam. Bavi me cerstva bio zelenina ze zahrady a to kdykoli si preju, domaci jidlo, domaci vsechno. Nemuzu se nabazit grilovani kazdy vecer a nebo proste jenom byt na zahrade. Chodim behat na cyklistickou stezku kolem lesa, sla bych i jinam, ale tam se mi dobre tlaci kocarek. Je to zkratka balzam na dusi.

A clovek rychle zmeni zivotni priority a to je obcas treba.

Outfit: Why am I staying longer?

I am enjoying my stay in Czech so much that I decided to extend the stay for another two weeks. Yay. That is unheard of LOL. However, summer here is just on another level. Firstly my best friend is staying here too so I have the best company ever and secondly everything we do reminds me of my childhood. Whether it is just getting fresh cucumbers from the garden or the apricots harvest…it is all so simple yet so lovely. We have bbq each evening and I am seriously loving the life right now.

Everything in the countryside is just so much slower than London and even I get to wear even simple clothes like shorts and t-shirts I still love to glam up in a dress like this.

So life is great and we are happy. I hope you are having the best summer too.

Ja si ten pobyt na Morave tak uzivam, ze jsem si zmenila letenky a poletim zpet az za dva tydny. To by clovek necekal co? Ale kdyz to leto v Cesku je tak super. Za prve moje kamaradka Iva je tady taky a za druhe vse co delame mi pripomina detstvi. Uz jenom to, ze si jdete kazdy den utrhnout okurky do zahrady, nebo posbirat merunky nebo prochazite prirodou a kolem baliky slamy. Je to fakt krasa. A taky si kazdy den grilujeme, sedime venku na zahrade. 

A prakticky se vubec nelicim, coz uvidite v mem vlogu, ktery ted striham. Pro jistotu se prihlaste k odberu tady, at vam neunikne. No a taky je skvele, ze si chodim oblecena zcela obycejne po vetsinu casu. I kdyz na takoveto krasne saty si urcite cas udelam kdekoli LOL.
